You’ll be leading a small team of production staff to deliver our current breakfast offering and drive improvements over time. Ensure accurate packing and labelling of client orders. Maintain a strong understanding of allergen requirements and safe food handling practices. Roster and manage staff to meet production needs. Maintain cleaning schedules and ensure a safe, compliant kitchen. Train and mentor production staff to deliver consistent quality. About You Experienced chef with proven leadership skills. Able to manage large production volumes efficiently. Strong attention to detail, especially with allergens and labelling. Excellent time management and communication skills. Passionate about teamwork and continuous improvement. Pay & Hours Rate: HIGA Casual Level 6 Cook – $38.35 per hour.
