About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
PeopleSoft Campus Functional Consultant
to join our client's team on a 3-month contract, providing support and backfill for a team member on leave. This is a Level 3 functional role working on service requests and standard support tickets. You will be collaborating with teams based across Australia and India, aligned to Adelaide time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional support for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, addressing tickets and service requests.
Collaborate with local and offshore teams to ensure smooth operations.
Engage in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, business process mapping, configuration, and testing.
Deliver high-quality documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test scripts.
Contribute expertise on best practices, options, risks, and impacts during solution design and delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
5-6 years' experience as a PeopleSoft Campus Functional Consultant.
Strong hands-on expertise across at least 5 PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.x modules (e.g., Campus Community, Recruiting & Admissions, Student Records, Student Financials, Academic Structure, Gradebook, Academic Advisement, Self Service).
Experience with SQL, PS Queries, and Integration Broker monitoring.
Proven ability in full systems development lifecycle, from requirements to testing.
Solid background in quality assurance, including test planning and execution.
Previous experience supporting higher education / university environments is highly desirable.
Nice to Have
Integration knowledge of other PeopleSoft modules (HCM, Finance, ELM).
PeopleTools Certification.
