- Thorough understanding of the order or service, and execution in a timely and accurate manner to achieve superior service delivery
- Delivery of exceptional and professional guest service, ensuring all guests receive the high standard of service required, at all times
- Ability to manage a given section during service periods
Cocktail Bartenders
- Proven experience thriving in a quick-paced bar environment
- Genuine passion for beverages and mixology
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails
- Skilled at crafting visually appealing, high-quality drinks efficiently under pressure

- Proven experience in informal dining or comparable high-end hospitality settings
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service coupled with outstanding communication skills
- Solid ability to perform efficiently under pressure while maintaining composure during peak periods
- Flexible availability, including willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Valid RSA certification
- Commitment to delivering top-tier performance consistently
- Reliable and independent with the ability to travel as required
