Boral is seeking a Technical & Quality Manager to lead our technical services function across NSW. This pivotal role is based at our North Ryde office and plays a key part in ensuring the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our customers. About the Role As the Technical & Quality Manager, you will be responsible for delivering industry-best technical support for our concrete operations, with a focus on innovative product design, quality assurance, and supporting complex project delivery. You’ll lead a dedicated technical team and work closely with our sales and production teams to maintain Boral’s reputation as a market leader in concrete solutions. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and technical guidance to secure Boral’s involvement in major infrastructure projects. Lead product mix development and optimisation, acting as the SME for quality, to ensure consistent high-quality supply. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in concrete technology and applications. Represent Boral on relevant industry technical committees and promote our technical capabilities. Ensure effective resolution of customer quality issues and maintain strong client relationships. Manage team performance, training, and development to build future capability. Analyse performance metrics and lead initiatives to improve departmental efficiency. Contribute to business planning, budgeting, and capital investment decisions. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Significant experience in a senior technical or quality leadership role. Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Material Science.
