We're looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join us in a full-time, permanent role managing a portfolio of complex Workers Compensation claims.
Based in Gulmerrogin (Darwin), this role offers the best of both worlds: a centrally located city office and the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.What We're Looking ForStrong customer service experience—you know how to build trust and support people through challenging timesA genuine passion for helping people and delivering outstanding customer serviceResilience, empathy, and the ability to support injured workers through their recovery and return to work processExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong multitasking skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environmentYou might come from a legal, medical, or nursing background, looking for a chance to "hang up the tools" while still making a meaningful impactWhat You'll Be DoingAs a key team member, you'll be responsible for supporting injured workers throughout their recovery and safe return to work.
