Job Overview
Lead a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners and Team Leaders across four locations in WA.
* Direct management of Regional Managers in WA.
* Maintaining high job satisfaction and morale for Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners in WA.
* Co-ordinating recruitment and growth across WA.
* Ensuring best practice and high standards are maintained across the division.
* Managing major customer relationships.
* Liaising with Marketing and Talent Acquisition teams to drive growth across the state.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day clinical support and guidance, drive quality and performance, report reviewing, and maintain strong employee morale and retention.
* Travel to our office locations in WA: Stirling, Jandakot, Morley, and Mandurah.
* Support employees with supervised practice pathways to general registration as a Psychologist through our Psychology Internship Program.
* Run discipline-specific professional development programs through webinars, face-to-face, and one-on-one mentoring by experienced Learning and Development Managers.
Requirements
A successful candidate will have:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Behaviour Support.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership position within an allied health organisation.
* Psychology, Counselling, Board-Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA), Teaching, Social Work, Social Sciences, or Criminology qualification.
* Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses.
* Experience using CBT, DBT, person-centred, and trauma-informed approaches and behaviour assessments.
