Description We currently have an opportunity for a Project Support Officer. Join our Downer Professional Services team and play a key role in delivering complex defence and national security projects that safeguard Australia’s future. What You’ll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Provide administrative and secretariat support to project teams. Support the Project Manager in planning, tracking, and reporting on project work packages. Coordinate task sequences, document preparation, and data entry. Contribute to risk and issue registers and monitor action items. Assist with standard operating procedures and internal project communications. What You’ll Bring Previous experience in a project support or project coordination role. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a complex environment. Demonstrated experience working within Defence, government, or professional services. A minimum NV1 security clearance (or the ability to obtain and maintain one).
