About the role

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who thinks creatively, is data driven and passionate about putting customers first.

In this role, you'll deliver integrated brand and campaign activity across retail banking, business banking and broker channels. You'll get to stretch across digital, paid media, community engagement and local area marketing. Some days you'll be shaping an always on digital campaign; other days you'll be working with our retail network to get a new brand activation out the door.

Working as part of an inclusive and collaborative team your key responsibilities will include:

* Delivering B2C and B2B marketing plans across P&N Bank and BCU Bank.
* Managing campaigns from end to end, including creative development, delivery and reporting.
* Executing digital marketing and paid media activity with a focus on performance.
* Supporting brand activations, sponsorships, community engagement and local area marketing.
* Working with agency partners and internal teams to bring high quality work to life on time and on budget.
* Management of ongoing campaign reporting.
* Ensuring compliance and governance are rock solid across all marketing activity.

What will you bring?

* At least 3 years' marketing experience with strength in digital, campaigns and communications.
* Hands on knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and analytics platforms.
* The ability to interpret data and turn it into insight people can act on.
* A collaborative way of working and strong communication skills.
* A marketing degree or similar qualification.
