Requirements
* A Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) is essential for this role.
* Basic Food Safety Practices Certificate is also required.
* Good understanding of food safety practices, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene is necessary.
* Understanding of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) is preferred.
