Expert Clinical Educator
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Facilitator to join our team in a permanent part-time role. As an expert clinical educator, you will provide guidance and support to clinicians across our inpatient and emergency units.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in clinical facilitation, supervision, or preceptorship, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective clinical education programs. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to plan, deliver, and evaluate clinical education initiatives that meet the needs of our staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and implement clinical learning opportunities to address knowledge and skill gaps
- Collaborate with colleagues to create flexible and evidence-based learning resources
- Communicate effectively with staff at all levels to promote positive clinical outcomes and High Value Healthcare
- Support professional development and performance improvement processes
- Provide constructive feedback to staff
- Use simulation and other methodologies to enhance knowledge application and critical thinking
Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Registered Midwife
- Postgraduate qualifications in relevant specialty or working towards them
- Minimum of three years clinical experience (specialty preferred)
- Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical education programs
- Knowledge of education and training in Australian healthcare organisations
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ability to learn relevant computer applications
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to find innovative solutions
