Reporting to the Head Chef, this restaurant is currently looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate Chef who can multitask, has excellent organizational skills, and understands the key role they play in enhancing our customers' experience. Key responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring all food is presented to the highest possible standard
2. Food preparation
3. Stock rotation
4. Receiving and storing kitchen supplies
5. Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen area
The successful candidate will have:
1. Strong teamwork skills
2. Knowledge of food safety and WH&S principles
This is a full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week, working 4 days a week. Shifts will include lunch, dinner, and weekends, with some flexibility in the roster. The package is $60K plus tips. Sponsorship opportunities are available for applicants currently based in Australia.
