Key Role:
Providing therapeutic support and education to individuals who use family violence.
Facilitating educational workshops and group sessions, collaborating with external agencies, and working towards achieving program goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven skills in general counselling, case management, and providing support services, particularly in relation to family violence. Demonstrated experience in delivering therapeutic counselling services.
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
Excellent communication and engagement skills, capable of working with clients from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
Knowledge and understanding of family violence support services, or the ability to acquire this knowledge.
Candidate Profile:
Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent tertiary qualification recognised for delivering therapeutic counselling services.
