The successful candidate will have 5+ years of leadership experience in medium-to-large payroll environments, supporting 1000+ employees. They will possess a solid foundation in payroll operations, including hands-on experience with processing and adjustments, as well as proficiency in ERP systems.
Key skills include:
* Leadership and team management
* Payroll process improvement and system implementation
* Complex EBA and modern award interpretation
* Manual adjustments, long service leave calculations, and data validations
* Superannuation and payroll tax compliance
