Key Responsibilities:
The Project and Traffic Manager will be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing operational strategies to meet agency goals and adapting to industry trends.
* Managing and overseeing the entire workflow process, ensuring all projects move smoothly through each phase.
* Cross-department collaboration to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, client expectations, and address any bottlenecks.
* Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to address them proactively with account teams.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience in social, content, or digital marketing, either agency or client-side.
