Your new role
As an HR Advisor, you will work within a busy and collaborative HR team looking after the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
* Employee lifecycle, reviewing inductions and offboarding
* Providing advice on policies and procedures
* POC for employee queries
* Award interpretation
What you'll need to succeed
* Relevant experience in a similar role as an HR Advisor looking after the employee lifecycle
* Ideally, you will have experience in both white- and blue-collar environments and/or public sector experience
* Ideally, you will have experience with Modern Awards
* Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
What you'll get in return
* This is a temp role for 6-8 weeks with an immediate start date
* Hybrid work arrangement
* Location near public transport
* Hourly rate $50ph + Super
