The Opportunity With an expanding project pipeline, we have an opportunity for an ambitious Principal Structural Engineer. Taking a role as a technical leader in a supportive team of Engineers, Architects and Designers, you will be involved in an incredibly broad range of projects. As a Principal Structural Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, utilizing your expertise to lead and oversee structural engineering projects. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects, ranging from industrial buildings through to utilities infrastructure.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring all project deliverables meet high standards of quality and industry regulations. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential as you collaborate with cross‑functional teams, architects, and clients to develop innovative and cost‑effective solutions. Based in our Melbourne office, you will apply your leadership skills to support the local team and foster a culture of creativity and innovation, whilst enabling the development of team members.
