Due to growth in our business, we are building our Mornington Peninsula-based team and need a qualified landscape gardener or an apprentice to work in some of the Mornington Peninsula’s most beautiful areas.
Successful candidate will need onsite experience/qualifications who also has a passion for gardening/ Horticulture and the outdoors.
The role will require you to be motivated, fit and enthusiastic work alongside our team. It is important you are a team player and an excellent communicator.
Remuneration will be negotiated around qualifications, experience & demonstrated abilities.
Driver's license essential current drivers' licensee
Key Responsibilities
• General garden maintenance including hand mowing, ride on mowing, whipper snipping/edging, pruning, hedging/shaping, and weed control/identification.
• Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and turf
• Soil preparation, mulching, fertilizing, and irrigation support
• Soft landscaping and basic hardscaping tasks
• Operating landscaping machinery and tools safely
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Working independently or as part of a team to meet project timelines
• Good horticultural plant knowledge
Successful candidate will do a 3-month trial and Uniforms included (after the 3 months)
