About The Company
Our client is a global leader in the FMCG sector.
About the Role
* Ensure that the Load Plans are followed in a through compliant and proficient manner.
* Ensure sub-contractors are compliant under Chain of Responsibility (CoR) rules and regulations.
* Manage the schedule (hours) and load weights during fleet allocation to maximise Transport CoR performance.
* Ensure Transport cost % is to revenue of 70% (through fleet utilisation and allocation).
* Ensure there are minimal customer service contractual issues (quality) related to Transport performance (less than 5 per year).
* Ensure customer queries and complaints are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
* Liaise with the operations team and Site Leaders.
About You
* Previous experience in a Warehouse or Logistics role.
* 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role.
* Demonstrated ability to identify root causes and problem solve.
* Proven experience in high pressure environments and ability to succeed.
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Planning experience in a similar role (industry experience is preferable).
* In-depth understanding of Chain of Responsibility principles (NHVLR, Mass/Fatigue Management).
