**About the Early Childhood Division**: Early Childhood is responsible for the strategic management and implementation of early learning and development reforms, coordination of early childhood education and care programs, approval and regulation of services, supporting assessment and ratings and the quality improvement for all early childhood development and education improvement in Queensland.
**Your Responsibilities**: As the Corporate Support Officer you will:
- Provide high quality confidential administrative, secretarial and executive support to the senior management of the Office of the DDG.
- Arrange and organise domestic travel for team members, book accommodation and vehicles, in accordance with the travel policy.
- Prepare expenditure approval minutes, process travel claims, corporate card and cab charge accounts and ensure accuracy in alignment with policy.
- Develop, implement and maintain effective administrative systems including stakeholder databases and tracking event attendees
- Perform a variety of administrative or support services as directed.
- Outstanding communication skills and with a customer service focus;
- Understanding of government processes, policies and procedures;
- Proficient use and understanding of the Corporate Travel Management system and ProMaster.
