This is a senior, highly visible role where you will act as a trusted legal business partner to Senior Vice Presidents and their leadership teams across the region.
We are seeking a senior lawyer to lead with a positive, collaborative mindset, mentoring and developing high performance talent and fostering a culture of engagement and accountability and to actively champion high impact projects and cross-functional initiatives that align with organizational strategy and deliver measurable outcomes.
Reporting to the General Counsel, APAC based in Singapore, and leading a team of lawyers, you will act as the primary legal advisor to Senior Vice Presidents and their leadership teams, providing strategic guidance on contracts, risk management, and complex business matters.
You will support project capture and execution teams on contractual and other legal risks and issues by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating relevant contracts, and by providing legal guidance on change management, commercial matters, and potential claims or disputes with customers and third parties.
