Opportunity
CSR is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Darra. You will play a vital role in supporting customers, processing orders and ensuring smooth operations in a collaborative environment where accuracy, communication and problem‑solving are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer and make calls professionally and courteously.
* Process quotes and orders accurately in SAP.
* Coordinate with sales and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
* Check stock availability and reference customer pricing structures.
* Investigate and process credit requests and returns in SAP and CRM.
* Assist customers directly or route inquiries to the right personnel.
* Track, follow up and resolve outstanding customer issues promptly.
* Support team members and collaborate to balance workloads.
* Assist with marketing activities and inventory control.
* Provide outstanding customer service to strengthen relationships.
* Perform other tasks as required by the Customer Service Manager.

* Proficient SAP knowledge and general computer literacy.
