Leadership Role in Perioperative Care
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join our team.
This leadership role is responsible for the smooth operation of the Perioperative department, promoting a can-do attitude and strong customer service focus.
The successful candidate will apply advanced nursing practices in planning, implementing, and evaluating care in accordance with National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
* Provide strategic direction to the department to complement operational processes and business objectives.
* Act as a role model and resource person within the clinical area, providing support to all members of the nursing team.
