About the Role As a Contracts Administrator at HUM Projects, you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are commercially sound, compliant, and efficiently run. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, and Site Managers to manage all aspects of contract administration - including head and subcontract drafting, financial tracking, claims, and compliance documentation. This is a dynamic role with strong client and stakeholder coordination, offering the chance to contribute to projects that support students, key workers, and vulnerable communities across Victoria. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and manage head contracts and subcontracts (including AS and Preliminary Works) Maintain variation and EOT registers, and support timely submission of claims Track compliance with WHS, NCC, insurance, and contract obligations Support financial reporting, forecasting, and progress claims Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Manage documentation workflows - including warranties, permits, and handover packs Assist with procurement coordination and contract closeouts Ensure all project records are up-to-date, audit-ready, and accurately maintained About You 5 years' experience in contracts administration within commercial construction Strong understanding of contract law, risk, variations, and compliance standards Comfortable with the full contract lifecycle from drafting through finalisation Skilled in financial tracking, forecasting, and project cost reporting High attention to detail and document control accuracy Excellent communication and coordination across project teams and subcontractors Diploma or higher in Construction Management or a related field Why Join HUM?
