A unique opportunity for a suitably qualified individual to step into the role of Accountant with an established construction group Kastle and Otto Homes. Kastle and Otto are highly respected and accomplished construction and project management companies based in Leederville WA. We specialise in commercial construction with a focus on multi-residential projects as well as delivering lifestyle villages.
Working closely with the groups CEO and MD, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Reconciliation of bank statements and credit cards and associated journal entries and allocations
* Statutory reporting including BAS/PAYG and Payroll Tax lodgements
* Accounts receivable – raising claims and invoices, debtor management and reporting.
* Accounts payable – payment runs and bank processing. Invoice entry is largely automated.
* Intercompany recording and reconciliation
* Assisting with cash flow management
* Assisting with office expense management
* Preparation of management information as required
* Assist with year end accounts preparation
We are looking for a highly organised and efficient accountant with minimum 3 years' experience. Experience in CHEOPS would be an advantage and intermediate Excel knowledge a requirement. The role lends itself to a CA / CPA qualification or working towards this qualification but ultimately, we are looking for a candidate with passion, commitment and ability to fulfill the role
