Property Care Specialist
This hands-on role is all about maintaining our properties and facilities to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation, while delivering genuine, heartfelt customer service. You'll help create life-defining moments for our residents, connecting them to the experiences that matter and contributing to a community they're proud to call home.
Main Responsibilities
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness across homes, common areas, and facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
* Deliver exceptional resident experiences through warm, professional customer service and support during move-ins, inspections, and day-to-day interactions.
* Assist with tenancy processes including applications, payments, maintenance requests, and rental management.
* Utilize internal systems (e.g. Newbook, MS Office) to manage resident data, communications, and operational tasks.
* Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold workplace health and safety standards through proactive communication and compliance.
About You
* Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and ability to work independently.
* Friendly and professional communication skills with a focus on customer service.
* Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and frequent walking across the site.
* Comfortable using cleaning equipment, chemicals, PPE, and site vehicles (e.g. buggy).
