Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers from a provided list.
- Introduce and explain the company's products or services to prospective clients.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Generate and qualify leads, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
