About the role

This role will join the Credit Risk Department which aims to correctly manage credit risk, ensuring the appropriate balance between working capital constraints, revenue growth, long term profitability improvement and risk reduction is achieved.

Your role will be to ensure new customer card applications are reviewed in accordance with agreed processes and procedures, respond to customer queries with a customer service mindset.


Key responsibilities

* Ensure compliance activities at met in accordance with policies and procedures
* Process credit applications for new customers for approval
* Record progress of credit applications in the database and online tool
* Review daily credit limit reports and other reporting as required
* Communicate with customers to respond to queries and/or obtain information


About you

You will be an individual with a customer first mindset and enjoys interacting with customers to provide them an outstanding experience with Ampol. As a team player you will enjoy supporting a team and learning from other employees.


Key skills and experience

* Experience in customer service and/or accounts receivables function
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Commercial awareness and comprehension of business processes
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
