Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Evidence and Strategy - Early Intervention team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the development and management of the evidence base for DCJ's early intervention programs.
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for designing tools to enhance data collection, leveraging platforms such as Qualtrics to capture and analyse client experience, and generating insights to inform program and policy development.
In addition, the Senior Business Analyst will contribute to the strategic direction of the team by responding to data requests and preparing briefs, policy papers, and discussion documents for stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Designing Tools and Systems: Proven experience in designing tools or systems to improve data collection for policy or program development.
* Data Analysis: Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Qualtrics: Knowledge of Qualtrics and ability to leverage its capabilities for data capture and analysis.
* Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
