About the role
The Practice Manager provides quality services to Doctors and patients by ensuring daily operations are delivered efficiently and effectively. The role oversees a range of day to day tasks, including:
Leading and supporting the reception and nursing teams.
Managing the financials of the Medical Centre including end of month reports, patient billings and cash collections.
Maintaining staff rosters.
Providing a safe and healthy working environment.
Managing patient records.
Maintaining a professional and friendly work environment.
Skills & experience
Previous experience in a similar role
Knowledge of Medicare processes and applications
Leadership and collaboration skills
Ability to develop quality working relationships
Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
