About the Role:
We\'re looking for a creative and compassionate Wellbeing Manager to lead our Meaningful Life program and enrich the lives of our residents at Springwood Terrace Care Community .

What You\'ll Do:
* Lead a diverse and engaging program of events and activities that support physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing.
* Develop personalised engagement plans for residents, celebrating their unique backgrounds, preferences, and passions.
* Coach and mentor our care team to deliver meaningful, daily interactions with residents.
* Work closely with clinical and allied health teams to support resident mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.
* Be the creative driver behind a vibrant community culture where every resident can thrive.
What You\'ll Need:
* A passion for enriching the lives of others and creating joyful experiences.
* Experience in program coordination, lifestyle, wellbeing, or a similar role (aged care highly regarded).
* Excellent creativity, organisation, and communication skills.
* Leadership experience or a strong desire to coach and support a team.
* A relevant qualification in health, aged care, community services, or leisure & lifestyle is desirable.
* Willingness to complete:
