Position Purpose
The Business Development will drive bobby's growth on the Gold Coast and across the Northern Rivers region. by developing strong relationships with distributors, venues, retailers, and partners. This role focuses on expanding bobby's footprint, building brand visibility, and increasing sales in line with the company's mission to be Australia's leading better-for-you soft drink brand. The role will focus on the cafe and independent retail sectors with an average of 50 store visits per week.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, venues, retailers, and partners to promote bobby's product range.
* Present and pitch bobby's offerings, creating enthusiasm and brand awareness within the café, hospitality, and retail channels.
* Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to engage potential customers and strengthen brand loyalty.
* Monitor market trends and provide insights to support the development of strategies that align with bobby's growth goals.
* Organise and attend events, tradeshows, and promotions to expand bobby's reach and presence in Queensland and Northern NSW..
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication, networking, and relationship-building.
* Manage communication with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on promotional strategies and partnership opportunities.
* Provide regular updates and reports to the Senior Leadership Team on sales performance, market feedback, and potential areas for growth.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or hospitality role, preferably within the beverage industry.
* Familiarity with the café, hospitality and retail market in QLD & Northern NSW.
* Strong networking skills with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
