About the Role
APRA AMCOS is a member-owned music rights management organisation positioned at the intersection of music, data and technology. We license organisations to play, perform, copy or record our members' music, and distribute the royalties to our members.
SongMakers is a contemporary music initiative nurturing students' creativity and team skills.
Collaborating with Australia's leading songwriters and producers, students create and record new music in a real-world environment.
By promoting the value of songwriting for young creatives, we model songwriting and production techniques and provide insights into the global music industry.
The key objective of this role is to support the delivery of the national SongMakers Program across 30 schools annually.
The NSW Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating workshops, delivering professional development, creating promotional content, and evaluating program success.
In addition, the role involves supporting program expansion and development efforts, including securing funding and partnering with vendors.
