About the role:
The role of the Business Intelligence Analyst in the Business Innovation team primary function is to develop and conduct in-depth data analyses and provide business insights to drive better operational capability. It will involve working collaboratively with key stakeholders in the business presenting insights and recommendations to support stakeholders making informed decisions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Gather and analyse retail channel data to identify opportunities to improve performance of Samsung products across our channels, and internal operations
* Develop strategies, manage and support various innovation projects to drive retail performance and improve our partnership with Retail channels
* Collaborate with National Account Managers, Field Team Managers and Product Managers to implement opportunities and projects
* Work with National Account Managers and customer counter parties to guide weekly Customer Sell-out forecast and Customer Order forecast
* Analyse historical sell-out and channel inventory performance to recommend future forecast
* Perform store level diagnostic analyses to address potential missed sales opportunities
* Create and manage BI reporting & dashboards to monitor KPI performance
