About the Role:
We're seeking a proactive and driven Territory Manager to join a high-performing sales team covering the Brisbane region.
In this role, you'll be responsible for educating and supporting healthcare professionals with life-changing medical technologies. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in delivering tailored solutions to support patient care and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategically manage your territory to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, providing education, training, and ongoing support.
* Promote value-added services that contribute to improved patient outcomes.
* Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities across the territory.
* Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align sales initiatives with broader business goals.
* Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge to ensure you remain a trusted advisor to your clients.
What We're Looking For:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Science or a related field.
* Previous experience in a territory management role within medical devices or pharmaceuticals is highly desirable.
* Strong business acumen and a customer-centric, solutions-focused approach.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clinical stakeholders.
* Self-motivated and driven to succeed both independently and within a collaborative team.
* Technical aptitude and the ability to convey clinical benefits in a clear and compelling manner.
