Our robust pipeline and growing portfolio in Haematology means that we are looking for a dedicated Pharmaceutical Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
* As a Haematology Patient Journey Partner (PJP), promote our Haematology portfolio to healthcare professionals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key Haematology stakeholders, including oncologists and other healthcare professionals/practice staff, to create meaningful solutions that improve patient outcomes.
* Work closely with a supportive team to drive toward patient-focused goals and advance groundbreaking therapies.
* Cover the territory of key Haematology accounts across assigned territory in VIC.
* Promote our Haematology product to healthcare providers within an assigned territory in VIC.
* Develop and execute territory plans to maximize value for stakeholders and Roche objectives.
* Build long-term relationships with oncologists/haematologists and other healthcare professionals.
* Review customer engagement metrics to optimise communication channels and maintain regular engagement through face-to-face meetings, virtual calls, dinner presentations, clinic/practice luncheons, and industry events.
* Provide expert knowledge on the clinical data and benefits of our treatment.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, medical, etc.) to drive business growth and a strong customer experience.
* Monitor and analyse territory performance, market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies/tactics for improved outcomes.
* Gather insights from customers and communicate them to the internal team to inform strategic initiatives.
* Adhere to company policies and industry regulations, maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethics.
Who you are / Qualifications
You are someone who demonstrates a passion for patient outcomes, enterprise-level thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset with an excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. You have:
* Bachelor's degree (or relevant diploma) in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (essential).
* 3+ years or equivalent experience as a specialist pharmaceutical representative or in a similar capacity.
* Significant experience and knowledge in the Haematology/Oncology landscape (and a demonstration of previous strong learning agility), including treatments and clinical data in this therapeutic area (desirable).
* Product launch experience is a plus.
* In-depth knowledge of the healthcare system and the role of multiple stakeholders within this therapeutic area.
* Ability to prioritise and manage external stakeholder requests, especially when the value of the engagement or initiative is not clearly defined or aligned with Roche's objectives.
* Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within (and at times, outside) the assigned territory.
You are good at communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement, showcasing exceptional partnering capabilities and the ability to exceed expectations.
You are able to maintain integrity and a positive, self-directed, collaborative approach while leveraging networks, taking calculated risks, and acting decisively on opportunities.
This Melbourne-field-based role will cover a defined territory within VIC. Having a valid driving license and full eligibility to live and work in Australia is necessary as visa and relocation support is not available for this role.
