Litigation and Dispute Resolution | Melbourne MetropolitanWe are seeking an experienced lawyer at a second-year to senior associate level to join our Insurance Litigation team in Melbourne on a full-time basis.Practice FocusPublic liability, and other personal injury / property claims where we act for government departments, public hospitals, public authorities, government contractors and community service organisations.Acting for self-insured WorkCover clients.About the Role This role presents a fantastic opportunity to join an industry-leading team of lawyers where you will provide exceptional legal advice to clients, conduct defence as required, assist senior lawyers and appear in court.Subject to your experience, you will have autonomy to take ownership of the day-to-day running of files with supervision and mentoring from senior members of the team.
