Customer Support Team Coordinator
Manage the customer service department, on a daily basis. The Customer Support Team Coordinator is responsible to ensure that all tasks associated with the Customer Service Team are performed within the required time frame.
Responsibilities
- Direct customer service point of contact for customers, resolution of day-to-day administration duties within the customer service team.
- Provide a high level of customer service for all customer service enquiries by providing timely and accurate solutions.
- Efficiently plan and schedule freight coordination. Liaise with shoreside operational teams (Darwin, Gove and Groote depots and Freight Agents) and Marine teams.
- Managing incoming enquiries over the phone and emails, including enquiries from Sugar CRM and overseeing Customer Support team’s workload.
- Managing schedule updates on the company website, and handling customer notifications distribution via Mailchimp when required.
- Providing ongoing training to Customer Support team members.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated extensive experience with customer service interaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- The maintenance of a current open driver’s license is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed customer service skills.
- Work planning and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude to life.
