Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all on-site trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.Manage daily construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity.Ensure all work is compliant with WHS regulations and site safety plans.Monitor construction progress, report to the Site Manager, and support in maintaining project timelines.Read and interpret construction documentation, resolving on-site clashes or issues.Maintain high-quality standards and a clean, well-organised site.Support delivery of civil works, infrastructure, and internal roadworks in early stagesMaintain accurate WHS, QA, and site documentation.Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers as required.Promote a positive, team-based site culture.Candidate Requirements:Proven experience in a Site Foreman role.
(residential or aged care projects preferred)Experience with seniors living, aged care, or accessible housing essential.Trade-qualified with strong practical knowledge across all construction tradesSound understanding of Australian Building Codes and WHS legislation.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Excellent time management, organisational and leadership skills.Proficient in MS Office and MS Project; knowledge of CAD, Bluebeam, Adobe, Jobpac, Cheops, or Levesys is advantageous.Estimating or contract administration experience beneficial but not essentialGeneral Construction Induction (White Card) required.Valid Australian C Class Driver's Licence essential (MR/HR licence advantageous)Honest, reliable, and references required to support work historySFDUBB_174580777743165
