Product Expert and Brand Ambassador
We are seeking a charismatic Product Expert and Brand Ambassador to bring our In-House Brand range to life through engaging storytelling, training, and social-style content. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving engagement, education, and performance across the IHB range.
The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for food, cooking, and entertaining (foodie), with strong retail experience and a proven track record of influencing sales growth. They will be skilled at creating short, engaging content, comfortable using video and social platforms, and confident in their on-camera presence.

Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with merchandising teams to identify IHB products and develop clear feature and benefit messaging.
* Partner with merchandising teams to gain insight into new lines and ranges.
* Translate product knowledge into compelling content for stores and online.
* Provide insights and feedback from stores and customers to refine product development.
* Assist merchandising teams with testing of key items.
