* Develop and deliver training packages and materials for system users.

* Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure transitioned services comply with established processes.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and documentation.
* Strong skills in business systems analysis and design within complex enterprise environments.
* Demonstrated ability to develop high-quality technical and business documentation.
* Experience in application testing, including the development of training and testing documentation.
* Ability to communicate complex technical and analytical information in a clear and user-friendly manner.
* Success working in collaborative team environments, including guiding and supporting less-experienced staff.
* Experience working with third-party software vendors and managing vendor relationships.
Desirable Attributes
The following attributes would be highly desirable:
* Familiarity with identity and access management systems.
* Experience working in government or highly regulated environments.
* Previous experience with knowledge base and ITSM toolsets.
