HSE Officer Job Description

Job Description:
* Drive and implement best HSE practices.
* Assist with regular audits.
* Compile and present regular reports.
* Support contractors in developing project safety management plans.
* Communicate any non-conformances promptly and effectively to the site senior leadership team.
* Complete daily pre-starts, inductions, toolboxes, SWMS reviews, and site inspections.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certification IV in Work Health and Safety or higher.
* 12 months+ of experience in construction HSE.
* Trade background ideal.
* Proven experience in participating in audits, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Advanced computer literacy, particularly with MS Office suite and safety management systems.
