Can work with NDIS participants, Medicare, aged care and private clients across the lifespan, offering evidence-informed, trauma-informed, and client-centered care.
Our Occupational Therapy team supports individuals to enhance their independence, function, and participation in meaningful daily activities. Whether working with physical, cognitive, psychosocial, or developmental challenges, we focus on helping clients live their best lives.

Responsibilities
1. Conduct functional, sensory, psychosocial, and environmental assessments
2. Develop goal-directed, culturally responsive care plans with clients and families
3. Deliver trauma-informed, occupation-based interventions that promote safety, empowerment, and independence
4. Support clients to build capacity in self-care, community participation, and daily living
5. Collaborate closely with other allied health and community partners to ensure integrated, holistic care
6. Measure outcomes using evidence-based tools and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
What You'll Bring
Qualifications
7. AHPRA registration as an occupational therapist
Experience
8. Post-qualification experience, ideally in community or private disability, or trauma-informed settings
9. Skilled in assessment, intervention planning, and multidisciplinary collaboration
10. Strong understanding of NDIS frameworks and clinical documentation standards
11. Confident decision-maker with sound clinical reasoning and ethical judgment
Additional Requirements
12. National Police Check and Victorian Working with Children Check
13. Current Victorian Driver's License
