The Client
- Prime location within Perth's Southern Suburbs

The Position
- Supporting the Director - Commercial Sales & Leasing
- Personal assistant support including diary management, reminders & follow-ups
- Prepare leases, offers to lease or sale, marketing coordination
- Maintaining property files, CRM records and listing databases
- Monitor emails and coordinate team meetings
- Managing property campaigns including signage, online listings, photography and social media
- Conduct some property inspections and viewings as required
- Meet clients, trades and tenants on site to facilitate access and fit out discussions
The Criteria
- Reliable motor vehicle to attend some onsite visits
- Previous admin background within real estate/property
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong time management
- Proficiency with Google Suite & MS Office
- Familiarity with Canva, DocuSign, Cirrus8, Comet, LockedOn, Pricefinder and Landgage would be advantageous but not essential
