Are you wanting a role where you will coordinate projects that improve community infrastructure while developing your career?

We are seeking an organised and experienced Project Coordinator to join our Planning & Developments team in Darwin.

The Role:

**This role is residential, and no FIFO is available

Reporting to the Senior Planning and Development Manager, you will support projects end to end, scoping, mobilisation, scheduling, delivery, and close-out. Frequent travel to remote sites is required.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and resource plans
* Assist with site scoping visits, capturing measurements, photos and logistical requirements
* Function as a pivotal point of contact between internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
* Maintain project registers (risk, decision, issues, change) and ensure documentation is current and version‑controlled
* Compile weekly progress dashboards for the Operations Manager and senior leadership team
* Track purchase orders, invoices, and project expenses; flag budget variances early
* Coordinate onboarding of new personnel and contractors, ensuring induction, compliance and mobilisation requirements are met
* Champion adherence to company HSEQ policies, client specifications and legislative standards while on site
* Contribute to and capture lessons learnt to support continuous improvement

About You:

* Trade qualified, preferably in Building and / or Carpentry
* Minimum 2 years in a project coordination role, ideally in construction or maintenance
* Demonstrated effective communication and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project planning tools
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Cultural awareness training (desirable)
