About the Role
As our Assistant Village Manager, you’ll be the friendly face at reception and the go-to person for residents and visitors alike. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to residents
- Assisting with reception duties and general enquiries
- Managing accounts, invoicing, and financial administration
- Coordinating and planning engaging social events and activities
- Supporting the Retirement Community Manager in the smooth running of village operations
- Supervising a small team including office, cleaning, and transport staff
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative, accounts and customer service experience
- Experience in the care industry is highly regarded but not essential
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and other digital systems
- A genuine interest in supporting older Australians and enhancing their lifestyle
