**About the Opportunity**
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate P&C Coordinator to join us in making a difference to people's lives
Reporting to the P&C Manager, the P&C Coordinator will look after the employee life cycle and provide generalist support to the business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Efficiently deliver all aspects of the employee life cycle from onboarding through to offboarding
- Maintain personnel records and associated human resource information systems
- Maintain and distribute all HR documents and templates such as letters, employment contracts, etc
- Provide generalist advice and information to employees and management on workplace relations, policies and procedures, remuneration, leave, conditions of service, etc
- Provide support with designing, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on HR metrics in a timely manner
- Contribute to a growth-based culture by sharing best practices and understand current trends
- Assist with designing and implementing key projects.
- Assist with delivering the HR activities to the highest standard

**About You**
- Demonstrated HR experience, preferably in a service sector (experience in healthcare is desirable)
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources will be highly regarded
- An enthusiastic and people-centric approach
- Highly accountable with an ability to work across competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to think holistically.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, and excellent computer skills
- Ability to take direction positively with a view to grow and evolve
- Understanding of employment legislation and willingness to learn more
- A desire to collaborate with an incredible team of people across a business that genuinely cares
