With the growth of Waymark Hotels, we are seeking a passionate Recruitment Coordinator to join our team based in our Head Office located in Fortitude Valley!
**About the Role**:
**What You'll Do**:
- ** Talent Acquisition**: Source, attract, and engage top talent to join our vibrant team.
- ** Screening & Interviewing**: Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- ** Onboarding**: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and prepared.
- ** Employer Branding**: Assist in promoting Waymark Hotels through social media and recruitment marketing efforts.
- ** Administrative Support**: Maintain accurate records, manage applicant tracking systems, and handle recruitment-related correspondence.
**What We're Looking For**:
- ** Experience**: Previous experience in recruitment or HR, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- ** Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- ** Organisational Skills**: Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- ** Interpersonal Skills**: A friendly, approachable demeanour with a knack for building relationships.
