Job Opportunity: Coordinating Community Response to Family Violence
We are seeking a Senior Social Worker to join our team in a fixed-term project role related to family and domestic violence (FDV) and sexual violence. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating community responses and transforming reporting pathways to ensure safety and respect for victims.

Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate community responses to FDV and sexual violence incidents, ensuring a safe and respectful approach for victims.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including service providers, law enforcement agencies, and other relevant organizations.
3. Provide training and education to community members on FDV and sexual violence prevention and response.
Requirements
* Masters degree in Social Work or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in social work, preferably in the area of FDV and sexual violence.
* Strong knowledge of trauma-informed practice and professional judgement.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
