Key Responsibilities:

* Main Objective:
* Drive Operational Efficiency and Stock Integrity.
* Maintain Exceptional Inventory Accuracy and Shrinkage Control.
* Ensure the Right Product is in the Right Place at the Right Time.
* Streamline Processes from Truck-to-Shelf and Manage Replenishment Schedules.


Requirements:

* Proven Leadership Experience in Retail or a Related Operational Role.
* A Track Record of Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Driving Continuous Improvement.
* Strong People Skills - Ability to Motivate, Coach and Hold Teams Accountable.
* An Analytical Mindset with the Ability to Turn Insights into Action.
* Commitment to Delivering a Customer-Centric Experience.
