This is a hybrid role responsible for driving advertising revenue from both digital and print products.
You will combine the skills of an Account Manager to service and grow an existing client base and a Business Development professional to prospect for and secure new business, with a specialized focus on the agri-real estate sector.
A dynamic role that requires you to be both a strategic relationship builder and a proactive hunter of new business.
You are the face of the company to the agri-real estate sector, responsible for maximizing sales from your current portfolio while continuously expanding it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current advertisers in the agri-real estate sector.
- Understand the marketing needs of your clients to upsell or cross-sell additional advertising products, helping them achieve their goals while increasing revenue.
- Ensure clients are satisfied with their campaigns to secure repeat business and sustain the long-term commercial viability of the company.
- Proactively identify and engage with potential recent advertisers, including real estate agents.
- Develop a robust pipeline of new leads and opportunities by networking, making cold calls, and attending industry events.
- Act as a consultant to prospective clients, providing advertising solutions that meet their specific marketing objectives and showcase the value of your products.
